9月13日に開業した大規模複合施設〈渋谷ストリーム〉。バルセロナ発のレストラン〈チリンギート エスクリバ〉が最注目だ。

ワインやブドウジュースを加え、オレンジやブドウなどのフルーツを。少し搾りながら入れると風味がアップ。仕上げにシナモンやクローブで香り付けすれば大人の味わいに。

日本では〝ワインにフルーツを漬け込んだもの〞という印象が強いサングリア。でも実は、それは間違った認識なのだとか。スペイン流では、ジンやウォッカとシロップを合わせたベースに、ワインやジュース、フレッシュな果物を混ぜて出来上がり。

「ワインの種類も赤、白、スパークリングと、いろいろ試せて楽しいですね」と小谷津さん。材料も作り方もラフで自由なのが魅力だ。〈チリンギートエスクリバ〉のメニューでは日本酒やノンアルコールのサングリアまで、幅広い楽しみ方がある。
