話題のスイーツを次々に生み出している高円寺の隠れ家カフェバーへやってきました。開店と同時に、この雑居ビルに若い子たちがどんどん吸い込まれていくんです。大人気！

I came to a hidden café-bar in Koenji that has been producing a series of hot sweets. As soon as the store opened, young girls and boys were entering this old building.

マストで食べたいのは、縦長のスレンダーボディが美しいグラスパフェ。定期的に変わる中身、この日はプリン王子のこだわりプリンパフェでした。

A must-try is the parfait with a beautiful slender body. The menu changes regularly, and on this day it was the special pudding parfait created by Pudding Prince.

頂点にどーんと鎮座するのは、プリン王子監修のプリン。王子だけあって、玉子たっぷりのもっちり濃厚プリンです。

At the top is a thick pudding filled with eggs.

グラスの中身はキウイやオレンジなどのフルーツに、大豆グラノーラ、自家製のコーヒーゼリーなどなど。さっぱりしていて最後の一口まで美味しい！

The contents of the glass include fruits such as kiwi and orange, soy granola, and homemade coffee jelly. It's refreshing and delicious to the last bite.

こちらは毎日、数量限定で売られているフラワーゼリー。え！これ食べられるの？と目を疑うレベルのリアルなお花が咲いています。これはもはやアート作品の域。

This is a flower jelly that is sold in limited quantities every day. What! Can I eat this? I can't believe my eyes when I look at the realistic flowers. This is now a work of art.

いざ、入刀！切り込んだ部分に牛乳ゼリーを流し込んで、花弁一枚一枚をすべて手作業でつくっています。発案した店長さん、子供の頃から生け花を習っていたと聞いて納得。

Let's get to it! Milk jelly is poured into the incisions, and each petal is made by hand. I was convinced when I heard that the manager who came up with the idea had been learning flower arrangement since he was a child.

ぷるぷる食感のゼリーには、お好みで黒蜜をかけていただきます。たくさんカフェを巡ってきたけど、こんなに美しいスイーツは初めてでした。感動！

The jelly can be drizzled with brown sugar syrup if you like. I've been to many cafes, but I've never seen such beautiful sweets. Moving!
